jason lazarus is offering up free mini motivational posters of his ‘try harder’ installation

just send him a self addressed stamped envelope with $1 postage and you get your own.

he is also asking people to send him jpegs of the poster hanging where they needed motivation.

i hung mine near my desk, and it has been working.
